We prepare, check and submit applications. Visa decisions, processing times after submission and entry at the border rest solely with the Saudi authorities - no service can guarantee an approval, and we will never claim otherwise.
Your total cost is confirmed in writing before payment, split into the official government fee (which includes mandatory medical insurance) and our service fee. Work begins once you accept that confirmation.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents and details you give us. False or misleading documents can lead to refusal and bans by the authorities, and we will not submit a file we know to be inaccurate.
